Great breakfast, terrific staff, comfy beds. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Sea Dragon that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

tv was fixed immediately, thank you very much. room was large. it is within a walking distance of ascog hall fernery and garden and rothesay castle. the location was so close to everything we wanted to do.
